Down time costs money. At JGB we endeavour to limit this downtime by constantly monitoring your computer system.
We check your backup is operating as it should - patches and upgrades to server and workstations are applied when released  -  monthly check error log files. Advise you when new hardware is released.

Fixed Monthly Cost

Fix your computer support with a fixed price agreement. Support agreements start at $250 per month and are fixed for 12 months. Costs are based on the number of workstations and servers. JGB offers a free inspection and quote for this support package.

Pre Paid Blocks of Time

This support agreement cost is based on the amount of pre paid time purchased. 
Time block of 10 to 200 hours are available and represent 10% to 30% discount on the existing hourly rate. These time blocks are valid for two years from date of purchase.

Casual - Pay by the Hour

From a simple phone call to solve a problem to a team of technicians for a day or more to move and reinstall a whole system.
JGB offers a very competitive hourly rate for support on a "as required" basis.
